Hey everyone!
I want to invite you to my new facebook group called, “Gecko Army Workout & Healthy Lifestyle Challenge.” It will be a group geared towards improving yourself through motivational posts, healthy lifestyles, and some simple easy to do workouts. I’m really gearing this towards fellow cosplayers, but people of all shapes, sizes, fandoms, and demographics are welcomed. 😀
The group is dedicated to your input and I can’t do it all alone. My personal goal is to do these 30 day challenges for a year! 😀
I will have a feature on this page for all individuals who have completed at least a 30 day challenge. To record individuals, I only request that you use the MyFitnessPal app, and record your daily workouts. 😀
My username on the MyFitnessPal app is O_LeapingLizard. Please feel free to add me. I’m also going to attempt to live stream my daily challenge everyday on Periscope. Feel free to find me there also at O_LeapingLizard.
My honest goal here is to help everyone be a little more active.

You don’t have to be on Day 1 to start, just jump in. On every event page there will be an infographic that you can start at Day One. At the end of the 30 day calendar, you can either start fresh over with us, or continue the daily challenge that you originally started, or even both! 😀
The point is to do something simple everyday. Get in shape and watch your body transform overtime. We all know living an active and healthy lifestyle is good! So why not dedicate a little bit of time everyday?

If the group proves successful over time, I’ll create an incentives program. 😀
